Leopold Maier-Labergo

Leopold Maier-Labergo (born 1908) was a German figure skater. He was born in Salzburg.

Maier-Labergo was 3-times German Champion in figure skating men between 1930 and 1942. He came in 5th place at the World Championships 1931, but never participated in the Olympics or the Europeans.

Maier-Labergo represented the club Münchner EV. His coach was Ludwig Niedermayer. After his amateur career he became professional skater in Canada. After he finished his skating career he worked as a teacher at the music academy Winnipeg.
