This is a character list of the 2017 Ultra Series Ultraman Geed.

Nebula House

The Nebula House (星雲荘 Seiun-sō) is a secret base, located 500 meters beneath the astronomical observatory.

Riku Asakura

Riku Asakura (朝倉 リク Asakura Riku) is a 16-year-old part time worker of Galaxy Market (銀河マーケット Ginga Māketto). He grows up watching a superhero television series called Burst Chronicles Don Shine (爆裂戦記ドンシャイン Bakuretsu Senki Don Shain) and gains the inspiration to become a superhero. After his original home destroyed in one of Skull Gomora's attacks, Riku and Pega stumbled themselves upon the Nebula House, where he was revealed to be Ultraman Geed (ウルトラマンジード Ultraman Jīdo) the "son of Belial" (ベリアルの息子 Beriaru no Musuko). Although terrified of this, Riku's fate begins to move greatly as he decided to live up to his childhood dream to become a superhero.

As Ultraman Geed, he transforms through the Geed Riser (ジードライザー Jīdo Raizā) and a pair of Ultra Capsules (ウルトラカプセル Urutora Kapuseru).[1][2][3] His forms are:

  • Primitive (プリミティブ Purimitibu): Geed's default balanced form based on Ultraman and Ultraman Belial. His finisher in this form is the Wrecking Burst (レッキングバースト Rekkingu Bāsuto).[4]
  • Solid Burning (ソリッドバーニング Soriddo Bāningu): Geed's strength-oriented form based on Ultraseven and Ultraman Leo.[4]
  • Acro Smasher (アクロスマッシャー Akuro Sumasshā): Geed's speed-oriented form based on Ultraman Cosmos and Ultraman Hikari.[4]

In addition, the Data Carddass game Ultraman Fusion Fight! also introduced game-exclusive Fusion Rise. Alongside the original Fusion Rise, Geed retained the original attacks of past Ultra Warriors in addition to newer attacks.[5]

  • Shining Mystic (シャイニングミスティック Shainingu Misutikku): Based on Ultraman and Shining Ultraman Zero. Geed's finisher in this form is the Spacium Star Drive (スペシウムスタードライブ Supeshiumu Sutā Doraibu).

Riku is portrayed by Tatsuomi Hamada (濱田 龍臣 Hamada Tatsuomi).[1][2]

Pega

Alien Pegassa "Pega" (ぺガッサ星人 ぺガ Pegassa Seijin Pega) is a young boy of the Pegassa alien race who lives with Riku after pleading for his help. When wandering outside, he uses the Dark Zone (ダーク・ゾーン Dāku Zōn) to hide within Riku's shadow. Despite his cowardly appearance, he always wishes to help Ultraman Geed during the battle.[3][4]

Pega is voiced by Megumi Han (潘 めぐみ Han Megumi).[3][4]

Raiha Toba

Raiha Toba (鳥羽 ライハ Toba Raiha) is a girl with a mastery of swordsmanship who has never missed a single day of training. She has pursued the mystery of the monsters ever since they first appeared six years ago. She met Riku when witnessing a girl that called a monster via Little Star (リトルスター Ritoru Sutā) and lives within the Nebula House.[3][4]

Raiha is portrayed by Chihiro Yamamoto (山本 千尋 Yamamoto Chihiro).[3]

Rem

Rem (レム Remu) is the operating system of the Nebula House, who declared Riku as the owner of the base, as well as providing the youth with the Geed Riser and Ultra Capsules. Through the use of spherical tracking device U-Tom (ユートム Yūtomu), it helps Riku in searching for Little Star.[3][4]

Rem is voiced by Suzuko Mimori (三森 すずこ Mimori Suzuko).[3][4]

AIB

AIB (Advance Investigation Bureau) is a special team that deals with evil aliens.

Moa Aizaki

Moa Aizaki (愛崎 モア Aizaki Moa) is Riku's childhood friend, who also liked watching Don Shine as a child. She is secretly an AIB agent who works with her senior Zena to hunt and interrogate aliens, which always ends in failure. To disguise her modus operandi, she worked as a sales manager of Nico Nico Life Insurance (ニコニコ生命保険 Niko Niko Seimei Hoken).[3][4]

Moa is portrayed by Mayu Hasegawa (長谷川 眞優 Hasegawa Mayu).[3]

Zena

Alien Shadow "Zena" (シャドー星人 ゼナ Shadō Seijin Zena) is Moa's senior agent.[3][4]

Zena is portrayed by suit actor Hideyoshi Iwata (岩田 栄慶 Iwata Hideyoshi) in his human form and voiced by Shintarō Asanuma (浅沼 晋太郎 Asanuma Shintarō) in his alien form.[6]

Kei Fukuide

Kei Fukuide (伏井出 ケイ Fukuide Kei) is a famous sci-fi writer who targets the Little Star for mysterious reasons. While known to be polite and gentleman, he unveils a cruel and ruthless side when engaging in a battle.[3][4]

Like Riku, he has the ability to become hybrid monsters known as Belial Fusion Beasts (ベリアル融合獣 Beriaru Yūgō-jū), that also have Belial's Color Timer on their chest, through the use of a Geed Riser and a pair of Monster Capsules (怪獣カプセル Kaijū Kapuseru).

  • Skull Gomora (スカルゴモラ Sukaru Gomora): Accessed with the use of Gomora and Red King Capsules. Its finisher is Skull Oscillatory Wave (スカル振動波 Sukaru Shindō-ha)[4]

  • Magamaga Arch Belial (禍々アークベリアル Magamaga Āku Beriaru): Accessed with the use of Arch Belial and Maga-Orochi Capsules. Its finisher is Magamaga Arch Deathcium (マガマガアークデスシウム Magamaga Āku Desushiumu).

Kei Fukuide is portrayed by Kunito Watanabe (渡辺 邦斗 Watanabe Kunito).[3]
