Marco Ruitenbeek (born May 12, 1968, in Weesp, North Holland) is a former Dutch footballer.
Career
Ruitenbeek signed for Scottish Premier League side Dunfermline Athletic in June 2000 from Dutch side Go Ahead Eagles.[1] Earlier he played for AZ. He made his debut in a 3–0 friendly defeat against Dundee in August 2000.[2] Ruitenbeek played 90 games for the Pars until April 2004,[3] when he moved back to the Netherlands to play for Hoofdklasse side SV Huizen. He played with the amateur side for one season, before hanging up his gloves in May 2005.
