Martiros Manoukian (born August 5, 1947) is an Armenian artist.

Biography

Manoukian started painting seriously at the age of 11. He entered the Academy of Art in Yerevan in 1967. And also studied in Moscow and Leningrad. He was admitted to the USSR Union of Artists aged only 26. His first exhibition was in 1972 in Yerevan. He had many more up until to 1987 when he emigrated to United States.

Martiros Manoukian, now living in the United States, is one of the elite few artists whose thousands of originals have sold worldwide. He is one of the most successful artists in Japan, United States and Europe. He has participated in numerous international exhibits and received many honors and awards [1]
