Domingo Antonio Acevedo (born March 6, 1994) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher in the New York Yankees organization.

Acevedo signed with the New York Yankees as an international free agent in 2012. He made his professional debut in 2013 with the Dominican Summer League Yankees and spent 2014 with the Gulf Coast Yankees.[1] Acevedo started 2015 with the Charleston RiverDogs, making one start before going on the disabled list. When he returned from injury he was sent to the Staten Island Yankees.[2] He started 2016 with Charleston.[3]

Mateo signed with the New York Yankees as an international free agent in July 2011.[4] He made his professional debut in 2012 with the Gulf Coast Yankees. He spent 2013 with the Gulf Coast Yankees 2 and 2014 with the Charleston RiverDogs.

Alphonse Dante Bichette, Jr. (born September 26, 1992 in Orlando, Florida) is an American Minor League Baseball (MiLB) third baseman who was drafted 51 overall in the 2011 Major League Baseball draft by the New York Yankees. [5][6][7][8]

Bichette debuted in the Minor Leagues as part of the Yankees Gulf Coast League team, the GCL Yankees on June 20, 2011.

Bichette was born in Orlando, Florida in 1992. His father Dante Bichette, is a former Major League Baseball player.

During his senior year at Orangewood Christian High School he batted .640 with 10 home runs and 40 RBIs in 30 games.[9]

Daniel Ricardo Camarena (born November 9, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the New York Yankees' organization.

Camarena attended Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, California, where he starred for the school's baseball team. He committed to attend the University of San Diego (USD) on a college baseball scholarship to play for the San Diego Toreros baseball team.[10]

The New York Yankees selected Camarena in the 20th round of the 2011 MLB draft. He signed with the Yankees rather than enroll at USD, receiving a $335,000 signing bonus that is close to the recommended slot value for a third-round pick.[11]

Camarena pitched for the Charleston RiverDogs of the Class A South Atlantic League in 2013.[12][13] In 2014, Camarena began the season with the Tampa Yankees of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League, and was promoted to the Trenton Thunder of the Class AA Eastern League during the season.[14][15]

Camarena is from Bonita, California.[14] His older brother, Louie, played baseball for University of San Diego High School.[10]

José Vicente Campos Carnota (born July 27, 1992) is a pitcher in the New York Yankees organization. He is cousin to former MLB pitcher Kelvim Escobar and Kansas City Royals shortstop Alcides Escobar.

Prior to the 2012 season, John Sickels of Minorleagueball.com considered him the Seattle Mariners' fifth best prospect for 2012.[16]

On January 13, 2012, Campos and Michael Pineda were traded to the New York Yankees for Jesús Montero and Héctor Noesí.[17][18][19] He was added to the 40-man roster on November 20, 2013.[20] He underwent Tommy John surgery in April 2014 and missed the season.[21] After the 2014 season, the Yankees non-tendered Campos, and then signed him to a minor league contract.[22] Campos was called up to the 40-man roster on November 4, 2015.

Andrew Jacob Cave (born December 7, 1992) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the New York Yankees organization.

Cave was drafted by the New York Yankees in the sixth round of the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft out of Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, Virginia. He made his professional debut that season for the Gulf Coast Yankees. In his first game he fractured his kneecap in a collision at home plate.[23] The injury caused him to miss the rest of the season as well as the entire 2012 season.

Cave returned in 2013 to play 113 games for the Charleston RiverDogs. He finished the year hitting .282/.347/.401 with two home runs. Cave started the 2014 season with the Tampa Yankees.[24] After hitting .304/.354/.395 and three home runs in 90 games with Tampa, he was promoted to the Double-A Trenton Thunder in July.[25][26]

Cave was selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the 2015 Rule 5 Draft.[27] Cave did not make the Reds' Opening Day roster, and he was returned to the Yankees on April 5, 2016.[28]

Cale Thomas Coshow (born July 16, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the New York Yankees organization.

Coshow originally played college baseball at the University of Oklahoma but transferred to Oklahoma Christian University.[29] He was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 13th round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft.[30][31] He made his professional debut with the Staten Island Yankees.[32] Coshow spent 2014 with Staten Island, the Gulf Coast Yankees and Charleston RiverDogs. He started 2015 back with Charleston and was promoted to the Tampa Yankees.[33]

Austin Douglas DeCarr (born March 14, 1995) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the New York Yankees organization.

DeCarr attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Massachusetts, where he played baseball and football.[34] He committed to Clemson University in July 2013 to play college baseball.[35] After high school he attended Salisbury School in Salisbury, Connecticut for one year.[36]

DeCarr was drafted by the New York Yankees in the third round of the 2014 Major League Baseball draft.[37][38] He signed with the Yankees, receiving a $1 million signing bonus, rather than attend Clemson.[39][40] DeCarr made his professional debut that season with the Gulf Coast Yankees.[41] He pitched in 11 games with eight starts, going 2–1 with a 4.63 earned run average (ERA) and 24 strikeouts in ​23 13 innings.

Enns was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 19th round of the 2012 Major League Baseball draft out of Central Michigan University.[46] He made his professional debut for the Staten Island Yankees. In 22 games, he was 2–0 with a 2.11 earned run average (ERA) and 33 strikeouts over ​42 23 innings. He started 2013 with the Charleston RiverDogs.[47] He was promoted to the Tampa Yankees during the season. Overall he pitched in 28 games with eight starts, and went 4–6 with a 2.94 ERA and 112 strikeouts in ​82 23 innings. He started 2014 back with Tampa.

Drew Robert Finley (born July 10, 1996) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the New York Yankees organization.

From ages 12 to 16, Finley's father did not allow him to pitch in order to minimize the risk of future arm injuries.[48] He attended Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego, California.[49] During a game his senior year, he struck out a San Diego section record 20 of 21 batters faced.[50][51]

Finley was drafted by the New York Yankees in the third round of the 2015 Major League Baseball draft.[52][53] He signed with the Yankees and made his professional debut that year with the Pulaski Yankees.

His father, David Finley, currently works in the Los Angeles Dodgers front office.

Michael Ford (born July 4, 1992) is an American professional baseball first baseman in the New York Yankees organization.

Ford played college baseball at Princeton University for the Tigers from 2011 to 2013. He was both a pitcher and first baseman. In 2013, he became the first player in Ivy League history to be named both the Player and Pitcher of the Year.[54][55]

After going undrafted in the 2012 Major League Baseball draft, Ford signed with the Yankees as an undrafted free agent.[56][57] He made his professional debut that season with the Staten Island Yankees.[58] Ford started 2014 with the Charleston RiverDogs. In May, he hit four home runs in one game against the Hickory Crawdads.[59][60][61] He finished the year with the Tampa Yankees.

Fowler was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 18th round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft out of West Laurens High School in Dexter, Georgia.[62] He signed with the Yankees and made his professional debut with the Gulf Coast Yankees. He played 2014 with the Charleston RiverDogs and 2015 with Charleston and Tampa Yankees. He played in the Arizona Fall League after the 2015 season.[63] Fowler received a non-roster Spring training invitation in 2016. He started the season with the Trenton Thunder.[64]

Domingo Polanco Germán (born August 4, 1992) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher in the New York Yankees' organization.

Germán was signed by the Florida Marlins as an international free agent in 2009. He made his professional debut in 2010 for the Dominican Summer League Marlins. Germán played the 2014 season with the Greensboro Grasshoppers, going 9–3 with a 2.48 earned run average (ERA) and 113 strikeouts.[67] In July he was selected to play in the All-Star Futures Game and recorded two strikeouts in the game.[68][69][70]

On December 19, 2014, the Marlins traded Germán, Nathan Eovaldi, and Garrett Jones to the New York Yankees for Martín Prado and David Phelps.[71]

Herrera signed as an international free agent with the Oakland Athletics. In 2014, the Athletics traded Herrera to the San Diego Padres for Kyle Blanks.[74] After the 2015 season, the Yankees acquired Herrera from the Padres in exchange for José Pirela.[75]

On April 26, 2016, Herrera pitched eight innings of a joint no hitter for the Trenton Thunder of the Class AA Eastern League, with Jonathan Holder completing the game.[76][77]

Montgomery attended Sumter High School in Sumter, South Carolina. He played for the school's baseball team, and was named the state's player of the year as a senior.[94] Montgomery enrolled at the University of South Carolina, and played college baseball for the South Carolina Gamecocks baseball team.[95] He was named Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Week on April 9, 2012, and a Freshman All-American.[96]

The Yankees selected Montgomery in the fourth round, with the 122nd overall selection, of the 2014 MLB draft.[96] He signed with the Yankees, receiving a $424,000 signing bonus. Smith was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 16th round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft out of Sam Houston State University.[101][102] He made his professional debut for the Staten Island Yankees and also started one game for the Trenton Thunder. He finished 1–2 with a 1.93 earned run average (ERA) and 57 strikeouts over ​51 13 innings in 14 games (10 starts). He started 2014 with the Charleston RiverDogs. He was named the South Atlantic League player of the week on April 28 after setting a RiverDogs strikeout record with 13.[103][104]

Miguel Sulbarán (born March 19, 1994) is a Venezuelan professional baseball pitcher in the New York Yankees organization.

Sulbarán was signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers as an international free agent in 2011. He made his professional debut with the Dominican Summer League Dodgers. In 2013 he was traded to the Minnesota Twins for Drew Butera.[105][106] In April 2014 he was traded to the New York Yankees for Eduardo Núñez.[107] Sulbarán started 2015 with the Double-A Trenton Thunder.[108] He was promoted to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in May to make a spot start.

Torrens signed with the New York Yankees as an international free agent on July 2, 2012.[109] He made his professional debut in 2013 for the Gulf Coast League Yankees 2. In 2014 he played for the Charleston RiverDogs, Gulf Coast Yankees and Staten Island Yankees.[110][111]

In March 2015, Torrens had surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right shoulder, which ended his 2015 season.[112]

Wade was drafted by the New York Yankees in the fourth round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft out of Murrieta Valley High School in Murrieta, California.[113] He signed with the Yankees and made his professional debut with the Gulf Coast Yankees. Near the end of the season he was promoted to the Staten Island Yankees.[114] In 2014, Wade played for the Charleston RiverDogs. Wotherspoon graduated from Crestwood High School in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he played college baseball for the Pittsburgh Panthers. The New York Yankees selected Wotherspoon in the 34th round of the 2014 MLB draft.
