Milan Simeunović (Serbian Cyrillic: Mилaн Cимeунoвић ;born May 14, 1967) is a Serbian former football goalkeeper. He is currently the assistant manager in Serbian SuperLiga club FK Javor Ivanjica.

During his career as goalkeeper he has played for First League of FR Yugoslavia clubs FK Borac Banja Luka, Red Star Belgrade and FK Radnički Jugopetrol, Belgian club Standard Liège, Swedish IK Brage and Malmö FF and Danish Viborg FF and Silkeborg IF.
