Miss Ecuador 2010 was a beauty pageant in Ecuador held on March 25, 2010 in Cemexpo (Quito) Ecuador, where Miss Ecuador 2009 Sandra Vinces handed over the crown to her successor. There were 15 aspirants to the crown, girls from the different providences of Ecuador.

The winner was Lady Mina, who will represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2010, Ana Galarza won Miss World Ecuador and will participate in Miss World 2010 and Andrea Suarez won Miss International Ecuador, and will represent Ecuador in Miss International 2010. The First Runner Up will be entering Miss Maja 2010 and the Second Runner Up will be entering Miss Atlantic International 2011. The rest of the Top 10 will enter Reinado Internacional del Café, Miss Globe International, Miss Intercontinental and Miss América Latina.
