Nawadih is a community development block that forms an administrative division in Bermo subdivision of Bokaro district, Jharkhand state, India. It is located 25 km from Bokaro Steel City.
Overview

Main occupation of the villagers are labouring and engaged in factory and mines, agriculture and shops. This village has Block, Thana (police station), two high schools (boys & girls). For the first time in history, one lady has been elected as Mukhia (head of village) of Nawadih village during the year 2010-11. Village is in progressive mode. Smt. Kiran Devi Burnwal is Head person (Mukhiya) of Nawadih. She is the honest Mukhiya and known for her works and ability.
