Nicolás González (born 6 April 1998) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for Argentine Primera División side Argentinos Juniors.[1]

Career

After over ten years in the club's youth system,[2][3] González made his professional debut for Argentinos Juniors in a 2015–16 Copa Argentina Round of 64 defeat to Deportivo Laferrere of Primera C in July 2016.[1] He made his Primera B Nacional debut on 28 August against San Martín prior to scoring the first of his four goals in 2016–17 on 23 April 2017, getting the winner versus Atlético Paraná.[1] In total, González made twenty appearances in 2016–17, a season which ended with Argentinos winning promotion to the Argentine Primera División.[1][4][5] He scored on his first top-flight start, scoring the opening goal in a defeat to Belgrano.[1]
