Oleh Mykolayovych Naduda (Ukrainian: Олег Миколайович Надуда; Russian: Олег Николаевич Надуда; born 23 February 1971 in Kiev) is a retired Ukrainian professional footballer and a current coach. He made his debut in the Russian Premier League in 1994 for FC Spartak Moscow.[1] He played 3 games in the UEFA Champions League 1994–95 for FC Spartak Moscow.

He played his only game for the Ukraine national football team on 26 April 1995 in a UEFA Euro 1996 qualifier against Estonia.
