Paavo Jaakko Matias Korhonen (born 5 April 1928 in Joutseno) is a Finnish nordic skier who competed in the 1950s.
He was born in Joutseno, and is of Lutheran religion. To this day he lives in his home town of Joutseno. He won a gold medal in the individual event at the 1958 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti. A statue of him is in his home town of Joutseno.
Korhonen won the Nordic combined event at the 1957 Holmenkollen ski festival. He also finished fourth in the individual events at both the 1952 and 1956 Winter Olympics.
