Pinatisan is a filipino word that is came from the word "patis" or Fish Sauce. Pinatisan is anything with Fish Sauce. People of the Philippines were sometimes using Fish Sauce to their food, and they call it Pinatisan. One of filipino dishes that is sometimes with Fish Sauce was the Adobo. Many filipinos want to put "patis" to their Adobo because it has a little bit sour effect to Adobo.
