Added portals should be added to the next available slot, and the max= parameter on this section's {{Random portal component}} on the Portal should be incremented to reflect the change. Your addition should contain a (well-sourced) quote encapsulating the essence of the portal's topic.

For the old version, before this section was randomized, see this oldid and older versions of this page.

"War is not a pathology that, with proper hygiene and treatment, can be wholly prevented. War is a natural condition of the State, which was organized in order to be an effective instrument of violence on behalf of society. Wars are like deaths, which, while they can be postponed, will come when they will come and cannot be finally avoided."

Soviet Union

"I knew that many things were wrong... I witnessed a great many injustices... But it was my revolutionary duty at the time not to criticize and not to help alien propaganda against [the Soviet Union], for at that time it was the only country where a revolution had been carried out and where Socialism had been built. I considered that propaganda should not be made against that country; that my duty was to make propaganda in my own country for Socialism."
