Demographics

Information

Raymore celebrated its centennial in 2008, with a parade and other festivities on the weekend of August 1. A Red Friday Rally was also held on Friday August 1, in support of our troops and in memory of Cpl. David Braun, who was killed while on duty in Afghanistan. Cpl. Braun grew up in Raymore. Raymore continues to hold a celebration on August long weekend every summer, which includes a slow-pitch tournament and live music.
