Risto Kallaste (born 23 February 1971) is a former Estonian professional footballer. He was playing the position of defender and midfielder. He won a total of 36 international caps for the Estonia national football team. Kallaste earned his first official cap on 3 June 1992, when Estonia played Slovenia in a friendly match.

He was very famous for his flip throw-in. He has done it several times during games.

His son Ken is also a footballer.
