Roger Kastel (1932[1][2] – November 15, 2023)[3] was an American artist, most known for creating the posters for the films Jaws and The Empire Strikes Back.[4][5]
A native of White Plains, New York, Kastel later lived in Milford, Massachusetts, occasionally commuting to Manhattan to attend classes at the Art Students League of New York.[3] He died on November 15, 2023, aged 90–91.[6]
