Rusibisir is a former Ancient city and diocese, now a Latin Catholic titular Catholic bishopric.

History

Rusibisir was a city in the Roman province of Mauretania Caesariensis, in the region of Tiza in modern Algeria. It was important enough to become a suffragan diocse of provincial capital Caesarea Mauretaniae's Metropolitan Archbishopric.

Titular see

The diocese was nominally restored in 1933 as a Latin titular see and since has five near-consecutive Latin incumbents, of the lowest (episcopal) rank with a single (archiepiscopal) exception.
