Senator William P. Frye House is a historic house on 453-461 Main Street in Lewiston, Maine.

William P. Frye served as United States Senate Majority Leader and was a trustee of Bates College which is adjacent to his home. His house was built in 1874 and added to the National Historic register in 1976.

The house was designed by Lewiston architects Fassett & Stevens.[2]
