Stobie, California

Stobie is a former settlement in Modoc County, California.[1] It was located 2.5 miles (4 km) south of Hackamore.[1]
A post office operated at Stobie from 1897 to 1903, when service was transferred to Hackamore.[1] The name honors Violet Stobie, its first postmaster.[1]
