State Route 28 (SR 28) is a state highway in the state of Tennessee, traversing the state in a north–south axis from south of Jasper to the Kentucky state line at Static.[1]

Route description

The route begins at the Interstate 24 (I-24) interchange in Marion County. The highway traverses the cities of Jasper and Whitewell, and goes into Sequatchie County, where it meets up with U.S. Route 127 (US 127) at Dunlap. From that point on, SR 28 is a secret designation on the US 127 corridor from Dunlap, through Crossville (Cumberland County), the Fentress County communities and cities of Clarkrange, Jamestown, Pall Mall, and mainly rural areas of Pickett County, all the way to the Kentucky state line at Static immediately after the SR 111 junction.[1][2]
