"That's Okay" (Hangul: 괜찮아도 괜찮아; RR: gwaenchanh-ado gwaenchanh-a; Stylized as That's okay) is an upcoming single by South Korean singer and actor D.O.. It will be released on July 1, 2019 by SM Entertainment through SM Station Season 3.[1]
Background and release
"That's Okay" is a pop, r&b song featuring a warm acoustic guitar and a minimalist drum sound with lyrics about letting go of sad feelings in order to achieve happiness.[1]
One June 21, it was reported that D.O. will be releasing a song through SM Station Season 3.[2] On June 26, it was revealed that D.O. participated in writing the lyrics of the song which is titled "That's okay" and will be released on the same day of D.O.'s enlistment day, July 1, as a gift for his fans.[3][4] On June 28, SM released a photo teaser for the song.[5]
Music video
The music video is an animated one that express a story about a man growing potted plants to find comfort.[6]
