Thomas Kottas (Greek: Θωμάς Κώττας; born April 27, 1996) is a Greek professional basketball player, that is currently with PAOK of the Greek League.[1] He is 2.08 m (6'10") tall.[2] He can play at either the power forward or center positions, with his main position being center.

Professional career

Kottas began playing basketball with the youth teams of APS Ajax Amynteo. He then transferred to play with the youth teams of PAOK Thessaloniki in the summer of 2011. After playing with the junior teams of PAOK Thessaloniki, Kottas began his professional career in 2013, with the senior men's team of PAOK.

Greek national team

Kottas has been a member of the Greek junior national teams. With Greece's junior national teams, he played at the 2012 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship, and both the 2013 and 2014 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championships. He also played at the 2015 FIBA Under-19 World Championship and the 2015 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship.
