Toguz-Toro is a raion (district) of Jalal-Abad Region in western Kyrgyzstan. The capital lies at Kazarman.:[1]

In total, Toguz-Toro District include 14 settlements in 5 rural communities (aiyl okmotus). Each rural community can consist of one or several villages. The rural communities and settlements in the Toguz-Toro District are:[2]

  2. Kok-Irim aiyl okmotu (center - village Aral, and also village Birdik)
  3. Kargalyk aiyl okmotu (center - village Kazarman, and also villages Kyzyl-Jyldyz, Makmal, and Chet-Bulak)
  4. Sary-Bulun okmotu (center - village Kara-Suu, and also village Tabylgyty
  5. Toguz-Toro okmotu (center - village Dedemel, and also villages Kosh-Bulak, Imeni Lenina, and Ornek)
