Thomas "Tommy" Flannigan (27 May 1908 – 1981) was a Scottish footballer who played in the Football League for Hull City, Rochdale and Stoke City.[1]

Career

Flannigan was born in Edinburgh and played for Dundee before joining English side Stoke City in 1928.[1] He played four times for Stoke in 1928–29 and then went on to have short spells at Hull City, Darlington, Loughborough Corinthians, Rochdale, Buxton, French side AS Saint-Étienne and Shrewsbury Town.[1]
