This recording was from a 2005 concert at the Casino Rama Resort in Orillia, Ontario, sixty miles north of Toronto.[1]

Packaging and title
The title comes from the song "Totally Amazing," which was written by Engelbert, his daughter Louise, and Tony Toliver.
Release
Image Entertainment released this CD in the US on September 12, 2006. [2][3] A same-titled DVD of the performance was also released by Image on that day.[4]
On August 27, 2021, Cleopatra Records re-released it as a limited edition gold metallic vinyl double LP on their Goldenlane Records label.[5]
