Wadsworth High School is a 9-12 public high school in Wadsworth, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Wadsworth City Schools district. The school colors are officially red and white. The school mascot is the grizzly bear, and the sports teams are nicknamed the Grizzlies. The school's fight song is not Ohio State University's Buckeye battlecry, but an adapted version.

Arts
- Wadsworth's Instrumental Music has 240+ members in the marching band in 2015 .There are many instrumental ensembles at Wadsworth including a Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, Pep Band, and a pit ensemble.
- The choirs at Wadsworth, include: Show Choir, Elite Choir, Concert Choir, a Men's group and a Women's group.
- The Wadsworth Drama department as well as all of the other performing ensembles and choirs use the new Wadsworth Performing Arts Center (PAC) as the main venue for concerts, plays, and musicals.
