Watsonia railway station is located on the Hurstbridge line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the north-eastern Melbourne suburb of Watsonia opening on 23 June 1924.[1]

The station was rebuilt in the late 1970s when this section of the line was lowered and duplicated. The station was upgraded to premium status in 2008.

Facilties, platforms & services

Watsonia station is located in a deep cutting between the Greensborough Highway and Watsonia Road. It has one island platform with two faces with access to the platforms provided by a ramp. The station features a customer service window, an enclosed waiting room and toilets. It is serviced by Metro Trains' Hurstbridge line services.[2]
