Vinnie Penna, also known as Wayne Grayson (born September 22, 1974 in New York City, New York) is an American actor and voice actor primarily known for his work at 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media, Media Blasters, NYAV Post and DuArt Film and Video. Grayson is probably most famous for his role of Joey Wheeler (Katsuya Jonouchi in the English manga and Japanese versions) in the English-language version of the second series Yu-Gi-Oh! anime (known as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters in Japan). He also provides the voice of Michelangelo in the 2003 version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as Ruka in Revolutionary Girl Utena.
