Woodside is a village in Victoria, Australia. At the 2011 census, Woodside and the surrounding area had a population of 488.[1]

Near Woodside there is the tallest construction of the southern hemisphere, the aerial mast of the VLF Transmitter Woodside.[2] It is also located near the beach of the same name Woodside Beach.

A railway connected Woodside with the railhead of Port Albert from 22 June 1923 until 25 May 1953.[3]

An Australian oil and gas company, Woodside Petroleum, is named from this area.
