Aritzia is a Canadian women’s fashion boutique that was started in Vancouver, British Columbia by CEO Brian Hill in 1984. Aritzia has locations in cities across North America, including Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, Toronto, Chicago and New York. The target market is women aged from 14 to 30.[1] In November 2012 Aritzia launched an online magazine and e-commerce platform with editorial, social media, and shopping content. Aritzia.com ships across North America.

Brands

Aritzia sells clothes with their own brands—Wilfred, Wilfred Free, Le Fou by Wilfred, TNA, TNAction, Babaton, Talula, The Castings, Paradise Mine, Sunday Best and Community. In 2014 Aritzia introduced two handbag lines: SIXELEVEN and Auxiliary.[2] Stores also carry clothing from brands such as Citizens Of Humanity, Mackage, Six Eleven, La Notte, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Nike, Levi's, A Gold E, Havaianas, and J Brand Jeans.[3] Products are changed each season.

Aritzia's stores are designed individually, with different appearance.

As of April 2013, Aritzia operated 55 stores in North America. 42 boutiques are located in Canada including 8 TNA stores and 3 Wilfred stores. There are 16 Aritzia stores in the USA, including a 13,000 square-foot flagship location in Manhattan, New York City.[4]

E-commerce

In November 2012 Aritzia launched the aritzia.com e-commerce site. It also provides a digital magazine with profiles of artists and galleries of clothing trends.
