Jake MacDonald

Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Jake MacDonald (born 1949) is a Canadian author who lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba. MacDonald is an alumnus of St. Pauls High School, Winnipeg, Class of 1967. Over twenty-five years he has produced eight books of both fiction and non-fiction and several hundred stories for many of Canada’s leading publications, including The Globe and Mail, Canadian Geographic, Maclean's, Cottage Life, Canadian Business and The Walrus. Some of his books have been recognized with national awards; the memoir Houseboat Chronicles: Notes from a Life in Shield Country won three awards across the country, including the Pearson Writers' Trust Prize for Nonfiction in 2002.[1]
