Angeli Dione Barbas Gomez[1] (born April 8, 1993), simply known a Angeli Gomez, is a Filipino model, creative producer and former beauty queen who was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism Int'l 2013. She competed at the Miss Tourism International 2013-2014 pageant in Putrajaya, Malaysia on Dec. 31st where she won the top prize of Miss Tourism International 2013-2014.[2][3]

Miss Resorts World Manila 2012

Miss Gomez joined at Miss Resorts World Manila 2012 where she placed 4th runner-up.[4]

Binibining Pilipinas 2013 GOLD

Miss Gomez also competed at Binibining Pilipinas 2013 GOLD where she was unplaced.[5][6]

Mutya ng Pilipinas 2013

Angeli won the title of Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism International 2013 for Miss Tourism International 2013-2014 together with co-winner, Andrea Koreen Garcia Medina, Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International 2013 for Miss Intercontinental 2013 at the Mutya ng Pilipinas 2013 pageant.[7][8]

Miss Tourism International 2013-2014

Angeli was chosen as the winner of the 17th Miss Tourism International 2013-2014 pageant on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2013 in Putrajaya, Malaysia. This is a back-to-back win for the Philippines where she was crowned by last year's Miss Tourism International 2012-2013 winner, Rizzini Alexis Gomez who is also from Cebu City, Philippines and has no blood relation.[9][10]

Personal Life

Gomez majored in Film at the International Academy of Film and Television in Mactan, Cebu. She also likes to ride horses and play polo, but an accident forced her to give them up and do poi, hoops, and contact juggling instead. She also collects jigsaw puzzles and now has about 50 in her collection.[11]

In 2015, Gomez started working as a creative producer at Viva Communications.
