Elena Giurcă (born January 11, 1946) is a Romanian rower who competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics and in the 1980 Summer Olympics.
She was born in Bucharest.
In 1976 she was the coxswain of the Romanian boat which won the bronze medal in the quadruple sculls event.
Four years later she finished fourth as the cox of the Romanian boat in the 1980 quadruple sculls competition.
