Summary
This was shot in the Englewood Shopping Center (pedestrian mall), Chicago, Illinois, Circa 1974, during the Back to School Parade. On stage are members of the Englewood Business Men's Association (EBMA), including (far left) John Simpson, Audrey Drew (woman, far right) and Richard Drew (other side of the man holding the mic.) In the 1970's, the EBMA had a goal of involving the shopping center with the community on several levels. Part of this program were frequent events, such as the Back To School Parade.
