A statue in Edgbaston, Birmingham on the Pershore Road of the 19th century Prime Minister who was responsible for creating the various British Police forces in the UK.

It is outside the West Midlands Police Training Centre.

It is Grade II listed and dates from 1855. It is a bronze figure in contemporary dress but with a cloak over arm in antique marker. It is by the Birmingham sculptor Peter Hollins.
