The only known location of the logo currently visible in any significance is located on the concrete retaining wall at the track itself, and is not accessible to be photographed by the general public. This image is the only other known use of the logo, and should have no impact on the protection of the copyright. According to the Trademark Office, the rights to the logo may have already been abandoned. |
