Phantom Boyz Music LLC is an American-based music production company founded by executive producer Melvin "Official" Watson. Since its inception in 2006, The Phantom Boyz have produced records for both American and international artists, including Jim Jones, Christina Aguilera, B5, Alexandra Burke, BoA and Rainie Yang.

History

2008 - 2010

After initially collaborating with several American recording artists, he went on to expand his sound amongst the international community, working with several international pop artists, including Alexandra Burke ("Bad Boys"), BoA ("I Did It For Love") and Rainie Yang ("It's Our World"). Burke's single "Bad Boys" debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart[1] and spent 25 consecutive weeks in the top seventy-five. The track is now certified platinum in the United Kingdom.[2] BoA’s "I Did It For Love" peaked at number 19 on Billboard (magazine)’s Hot Dance Club Play.[3]

2010 - Present

In 2010, The Phantom Boyz worked with singer-songwriter Christina Aguilera, producing her song "The Beautiful People" which is featured on the Burlesque soundtrack and sold over a million units world wide .The Phantom Boyz signed several recording acts to their roster. It included pop artist J Rice[4] between 2009 and 2011.
