Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. An Athenian temple to Demeter, the Eleusinion was the place where all sacred objects associated with the Eleusinian Mysteries were kept between ceremonies. It was located at the base of the Acropolis.
The Eleusinion played an important role in the Panathenaic festival.
