The 1902 South Australian Football Association season was the 26th season of the top-level Australian rules football competition in South Australia.

The 1902 premiership was won by the North Adelaide Football Club for the second time with Minor Premiers Port Adelaide disqualified from making the Grand Final after not playing South Adelaide. Meanwhile, Sturt received its second wooden spoon in its second season.
