Developed by RFR Davis[1] and designed by Michael Graves, 425 5th Avenue is a 618 ft (188 m) skyscraper at East 38th Street in New York City. It was constructed from 2001 to 2003 and has 56 floors.[2] It has 197 units and is the 73rd tallest building in New York City. The building was topped off in April 2002, and was opened in September 2003.
