64 Serpentis is a star in the constellation Serpens. Its apparent magnitude is 5.56. Located around 348 parsecs (1,140 ly) distant, it is a blue giant Be star of spectral type B8IIIe,[1] a massive star that has used up its core hydrogen and is expanding to become a supergiant. It is one the brightest stars in front of the Great Rift.
