Agent Review is an online platform designed to educate consumers about core forms of insurance. Based in Bellevue, Washington, Agent Review currently serves the United States market, with features designed for expansion into global markets.

For consumers, Agent Review addresses the difficulty of obtaining clear, unbiased information about common forms of insurance and the independent agents who might help them. At the same time, Agent Review helps agents gain visibility and establish their credentials.[1]

Scope of service

Visitors to the Agent Review website may learn about basic forms of insurance and then find insurance agents qualified to help them explore their insurance policy options. Insurance types covered by the service include –

Information supplied by the platform helps consumers assess the costs and benefits of coverage, and learn the professional makeup of agents qualified to supply further information.

To find an agent they might wish to contact, visitors search a national database by zip code, insurance type, and other criteria. Information about individual agents is displayed. This may include star ratings, "Professional" status, “Verified” status (credentials independently verified), professional certifications (or designations), description of background, insurance companies represented, testimonials, images, video of the agent, and other data such as education and years of experience. Contact information is also supplied.

To support expansion to ethnic groups in the United States and worldwide, the platform translates the default English into 72 different languages.[2]
