Antoni Martí Petit[1] (born 10 November 1963) is an Andorran architect and politician[2] who has been the country's head of government since 11 May 2011, following a parliamentary election in 2011. He is a member of the Democrats for Andorra.

In the election, held on 3 April 2011, the Democrats for Andorra defeated the incumbent Social Democrats with an absolute majority making Martí Head of Government. Martí fought on an anti-income tax platform.[2] On April 24, 2014, the Andorran "Consell", with the absolute majority of DA, approved the establishment of an income tax starting in 2015.[citation needed]
