Audrey La Rizza (born April 21, 1981 in Grenoble) is a French judoka, who played for the half-lightweight category.[1] She won a gold medal for her division at the 2003 Summer Universiade in Jeju City, South Korea, and silver at the 2007 European Judo Championships in Belgrade, Serbia.[2][3] She is also a member of US Orleans Judo Club, and is coached and trained by Christophe Brunet and Cathy Fleury.

At age twenty-seven, La Rizza made her official debut for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in the women's half-lightweight class (52 kg). She lost the first preliminary match, with a koka and a kosoto gari (small outer reap), to Olympic bronze medalist Ilse Heylen of Belgium.[4]
