Bahr Idriss Abu Garda (born 1 January 1963) is the President of the Liberation and Justice party (LJP).

Biography

Biography Education; (Diploma in Commerce University of Sudan 1986-1988, (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; University of Alneelain 1990-1995), (Postgraduate studies in International Relations, Postgraduate college, University of Khartoum 1998). Political activities; (Political activities in different areas during University 1985-1995), (Executive Director of International Federal of Student Organization (IFSO) 1989-1993), (Different departments in Centre for Strategic Studies in line with different political activities at the time 1994-1998), (General Manager of Private Business Company in Tchad 1999-2004), (One of the Founders of Justice and Equity Movement (JEM) in and became 2000)(General Secretary 2004-2005)(Vice President and responsible for region of Darfur 2005-2007); (President of Justice and Equality movement collective leadership (JEM-CL) 2007-2008), (President of United Resistance Front (URF) 2008-2010, (General Secretary of Liberation and justice Movement (LJM)), (Chaired several delegations of consultations and negotiations with different local, regional and international partners and particularly with the government of Sudan until signed Doha Peace Agreement)and (President of Liberation and Justice party (LJP)). Work; (Federal Minister of Health Sudan since November 2011 up to date).
