William Bernard "Bernie" Hore (2 June 1916 – 15 October 1994) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Geelong in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Hore, a defender, could also play as a ruckman and came to Geelong from New South Wales.[2] He made most of his appearances in 1937 and 1938, playing 19 games in each year.[3] In the 1937 VFL Grand Final win over Collingwood, Hore had 21 kicks from the back pocket.[4] He also played for Victorian Football Association club Coburg, crossing without a clearance in 1941 during the throw-pass era,.[5] and he missed the 1941 Grand Final through suspension.[6] His football career was put on hold during World War II, and he served in the Northern Territory with the 23rd/21st Battalion during the conflict.[7] He returned to play with Coburg after the war.[8]
