Binowo [biˈnɔvɔ] (German: Binow) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stare Czarnowo, within Gryfino County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Stare Czarnowo, 13 km (8 mi) north-east of Gryfino, and 13 km (8 mi) south of the regional capital Szczecin.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
