Brad Barkley

Brad Barkley is an American short fiction writer, novelist, young adult novelist and a professor at Frostburg State University in Maryland.
He has received four Individual Artist Awards from the Maryland State Arts Council, and a creative writing fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts.[1]
