Brad Wong (ブラッド･ウォン Buraddo Won?, derived from Chinese: 王 Cantonese: Wòng) is a fictional Chinese character in the Dead or Alive video game series. He made his debut in Dead or Alive 3 alongside Christie and Hitomi, and is best known for his stance-based drunken fighting style, which makes him one of the hardest characters to master in DOA3 as well as its successors.
Brad Wong was originally voiced by Yukimasa Kishino in DOA3 and DOA4. For Dead or Alive: Dimensions, he was replaced by Unshō Ishizuka, who voiced him until his death in August 2018, several months prior to the release of Dead or Alive 6 on March 1, 2019. Ishizuka was successfully able to finish all of his lines for Brad Wong in DOA6 prior to his death. In the English dubs for the post-Itagaki DOA games, he is voiced by Grant George.

History
Dead or Alive 3
One day, Brad's old drunken master Chen, great teacher of Zui Ba Xian Quan, says: "Bring me the legendary drink. The name is 'Genra'." "What is 'Genra'?", Brad asks himself, "It seems like a riddle." So Brad Wong begins his journey in search of 'Genra'. After three years of wandering, he finds himself in a fighting tournament. He fights Gen Fu before he is confronted by Ayane's foster father Genra.
Dead or Alive 4
Brad is still looking for the legendary drink Genra when he enters the fourth Dead or Alive tournament. During the third tournament he thought he had found it, but it turned out to be some sort of genetic monstrosity.
During his CGI ending scene, he had finally found the legendary drink, Genra, which gave him quite a trippy experience. It was not explained why the drink and the ninja-turned-monster share the same name.
Dead or Alive 5
Brad Wong makes several appearances in Dead or Alive 5's story mode, alongside Gen Fu's apprentice Eliot.
Personality
Brad Wong seems to be characterized by his love of the drink as well as his overall nonchalant demeanor. He fights with honor and exhibits the spirit of a true martial artist in that he treats others with the respect they deserve, never talking down to an opponent, though of course, if attacked, he will defend himself.
Gameplay
Brad Wong is classed as a trick character. Regarding his tier however, he lacks priority in his moves. Despite this, many of his moves are visually unpredictable (especially those newer to the game) due to the "drunken" quality of his fighting style, being able to employ evasive maneuvers and make quick use of his various stances. However Brad is usually effective against new players only since they find his attacks impossible to counter or defend against. As a result of his numerous stances, he is an exceptionally difficult character to master, and as such is not recommended for beginners.
Trivia
His surname 王 Wong means "King".
He is loosely based on the character "Wong Fei Hung", played by Jackie Chan from his Drunken Master movies.
Actor Song Lin played Brad Wong in DOA: Dead or Alive the Movie.
In the movie, his hair is a platinum blonde as opposed to white much like in the same manner of Christie's hair colour.
