Burgessochaeta is an extinct genus of polychaete annelid from the Middle Cambrian. Its fossils have been found in the Burgess Shale in British Columbia, Canada. 189 specimens of Burgessochaeta are known from the Greater Phyllopod bed, where they comprise 0.36% of the community.[1]
